In order to make room for the new and improved you, Kenyan women need to kick out some of their toxic habits and start making better, healthy and more socially acceptable lifestyle choices.

Downing the bottle too much

It’s about time the drinking sprees stopped. There is no need to compete with men. The year 2017 saw women take to the bottle save for those in Kiambu and Nyeri areas who tamed their men into not over indulging.

This does not only apply to the older women, it cuts across the younger generation women too; those that are in campuses and the ones in the working class bracket.

Trying too hard to impress

This year, purpose to feel comfortable under your own skin. If you are plus-size, rock it and those who are petite, embrace it. Appreciate yourself and accept your skin color, bleaching will not change anything, but the skin color.

Stop the social media live feeds

Sadly, no manual came with the live feed options on social media, but we can come up with one. Pretty simple because it involves just one rule. Do not live feed. It is annoying.
