Public Service Vehicles (PSVs) plying the Nakuru-Nairobi route were yesterday stopped by police officers and occupants arrested over defying the ban on night travel.
Following a grisly accident that claimed shockingly many lives, a ban on night travel was imposed.
The occupants of the vehicles were forced to while away the night in the PSV at Mwariki Police Post.
''There is a ban that does not allow PSVs to be on the road past 7 p.m. We have arrested those violating this ban,'' Nakuru Police boss Samuel Obara said.
