In a furious letter to Odinga, the Kisumu born lawyer now based in Canada accuses Raila of betrayal despite his 'sacrifices' to have him installed as people's president.

For Miguna, the NASA leader has neither payed advocates who challenged his deportation nor repaired his house that was destroyed by the state.

"Few days after I arrived i Toronto, you told me you will publicly launch a 'Bring back Miguna' but you have not done so. Despite promising to furnish by destroyed house, nothing has been done.

"You promised to have my advocates paid their fees and disbursements. However, when John Khaminwa met you last week, you refused to pay him," said Miguna in yet another hard tackle.

Early this week, the government lost an appeal to block Miguna's return with the court insisting that his deportation was illegal.

Although the surprise deal between Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila has been backed by hundreds of politicians, Miguna has however declared the reunion 'null'.
