This became apparent on Thursday, after a meeting between the top organs of the coalition led by Odinga.

Addressing journalists after their sitting, Odinga said they discussed a number of issues affecting the coalition and is optimistic they will reach an agreement.

They insisted that they all is not decided yet and that Wetangula will get a chance to respond to issues that were raised by the senators.

Wetangula was on Tuesday unceremoniously kicked out by ODM senators, with Siaya Senator James Orengo replacing him.

This caused an uproar from other NASA coalition members, who accused ODM or running the show in the opposition coalition.

This was the latest challenge facing NASA, who have endured a torrid time ever since after the elections.

The trouble started when the three co-principals skipped Odinga’s swearing-in ceremony at Uhuru Park, which was termed by ODM members as betrayal.

Then came the matter of sharing house slots in parliament, where Wiper, ANC and Ford Kenya felt were being undermined.

Recently, Odinga made peace with President Uhuru Kenyatta, choosing to work together after last year’s polls.
