Kenyans across the country have been reacting to reports that a young woman was allegedly received 60 million shillings from the NYS for supplying nothing.
Ann Wambere is said to have told CID officers that she was given the mind-blowing amount yet she had done no business with the National Youth Service.
The reactions have ranged from shock to amusement.
Residents of Garissa County have been quick to weigh in on the shocking reports.

''This is shocking. That some of us are suffering from floods and hunger yet some people are receiving huge amounts of money is just shocking,'' Sukre Oman said.
''We have become a looting country. I am not surprised at all,'' Abdi Dulo said.
''This people who orchestrated the theft at NYS should be jailed for life. They should not be allowed to roam freely,'' Salo Mohamed said.
''We should not complain. We elected thieves knowing that they were thieves,'' Musa Abdullahi said.
''I am tired. I have no comment,'' Simon Ambayi said.
