Residents of Gionseri Village Bogetorore Nyamache Kisii County were left in a rude shock after a woman eloped with another woman’s husband.
Norah Maeba whose husband was stolen said she has been married to the man for 4 years.
“I have struggled a lot to keep my marriage. I learnt by shock when my real cousin known as Christine from my home area in Bomachoge Chache came to visit me only to steal my husband. They are now living at a rented house in Mwembe within Kisii town,” she said.
Maeba accused the husband of being too cheap to spoil a marriage they have hardly struggled to build.
“We have been happily married despite the ups and downs we have gone through. My husband might have been drugged to fall in love with my cousin who is now using witchcraft to spoil my marriage. I will do everything possible to save my marriage from collapsing,” she said.
She threatened to kill Christine anytime she spots her.
“I will not rest until the concubine explains to me why she had to steal my husband. I am ready to die or be jailed than allow a witchcraft to spoil my hardly build marriage,” said the Mrs Maeba who is also a tomato vendor.
