[Photo|Suleiman Shahbal]Mombasa businessman and politician Suleiman Shahbal has raised his voice days after the fresh presidential election on October 26, 2017.Shahbal who lost Mombasa governorship to incumbent Ali Hassan Joho, came second behind former area Senator Hassan Omar Hassan who vied through WDM-K.Shahbal, a former ODM politician who is now a strong Jubilee party member, has been silent for a while now since Uhuru Kenyatta was re-elected in a controversial election.Before the August general elections, Shahbal whose running mate was Anania Mwaboza, had declared political war against ODM's Joho. He had expressed optimism that he would clinch the seat and make Joho a one-term governor.Joho's win is however being contested in court after Omar filed a petition.On Monday, Shahbal took to his social media account and wished Kenyans all the best by saying:"May you have the strength to break chains of fear and doubts that holds us back from attaining our full potentials. May the Joy and peace of our maker nourish your mind, as you pursue your dreams.And may God crown all your efforts with abundant success... Have a great week of greater fulfillment."
