The Deputy President of Kenya, William Ruto was brought up in a humble background.

He endured hardship, worked hard with commitment and devotion to become what he is today, a millionaire.

His story when narrated, it inspires a number of people whose hope has almost faded due to financial challenges.

Ruto has gained popularity all over the country and he has many followers in different corners in and outside of the country.

First, it's revealed that Ruto had his first pair of shoes on the day he was joining Wareng' High School form one, that is located in his Uasin Gishu home County.

He worked tirelessly to earn a living by selling chicken on the Great North Road.

He used to walk on foot to and from school for a primary pupil to endure.

Also at one point, he slept without taking any meal; this was when he was in class seven.

Out of the blue, William Ruto is currently one of the authoritative individuals who own wealth worth billions of shillings.

Unlike when he was a pupil, Ruto moves around the country with private jets and helicopters, owns a palatial home and several other prestigious homesteads located both in Karen and his home county, Uasin Gishu.

Being a Christian and a God-fearing man, Ruto and her wife Rachel contributes to different churches across the country, more frequently.

He is also capable of feeding his visitors and supporting them even with fare back to their homes in different parts of the country.

This triggers curiosity in some who mistake his funds as stolen, but he courageously defends himself boldly. Otherwise, 'Blessed is the hand that giveth,' reads the scriptures.

Eyeing the top seat, William is a good example for any pupil or student who feels disadvantaged because of coming from a poor background.

There is a reason to stand strong, be optimistic and focused to achieve your goals. Truly, Fate determines destiny.
