The prophet is known by his followers not only to have powers to heal and perform miracles but also the powers to predict the future.

A good example of his miracles is when his intercessory prayers brought back to life one woman in South Pokot. Mama Rosa is said to have been brought back to life following prayers from prophet Owuor after she died on the night of June 22nd.

What was not clear was the credibility of the whole story as no one was sure whether the woman had truly died or not.

Suppose that was true, as a man of God why is he not going praying for others in order to bring them back to life?

Doubts have always being cast whether his miracles are real or stage-managed.

At one point, Bishop Wanjiru, former Starehe MP, called the prophet a one-day miracle man.

According to Ms. Wanjiru, the prophet could be using energisers in his miracles.

"Can someone explain to me how someone in crutches will walk just for the duration of Owuor's rally and the next day they are back to using crutches," asked Ms. Wanjiru.

However, more controversial about the self-proclaimed prophet is the source of the power he uses to perform miracles bringing to question the credibility of the miracles.

This has raised questions with many suspecting that his powers could be as a result of devil worshiping.

In relation to this, some people say that the miracles he normally performs could be stage-managed.

This power many say he allegedly got by sacrificing his late father who died in the year 2005 and as well as some members of his congregation.

Therefore, the reality of his miracles is will still remain in question because many doubts still linger around the said miracles.
