Following the wrangles that have been experienced in the NASA Coalition, it is evident that Kalonzo will soon be sent to a political oblivion.
Unlike other leaders who destroy their enemies completely, Raila has perfected the art of not destroying them absolutely but leaving them with a 'breath' with which one can rise again.
Following the harrowing betrayal of the three NASA co-principal, (Mudavadi, Kalonzo, Wetangula) during the swearing in of Raila on January 30, Raila's meeting with Uhuru could possibly be aimed at sending the trio to political oblivion.
However, Kalonzo Musyoka can rise again provided he does not make another big mistake to dialogue with Uhuru as he once said.
"I will meet with Uhuru when he comes back from Cuba," he once said.
Many Kenyans know him as a watermelon and a coward. He needs to clear this perception from people's minds before his career is messed up with.
This can only be done if he does not dialogue with Uhuru, the only mistake that can cost his political career.
Let him dialogue with Alfred Mutua and Gideon Moi. Let them equally include Alfred Keter. Through this they will form a coalition that will be stronger. Finally they will choose one person to be the flag bearer and who will possibly not be Kalonzo. This will enable them come out stronger and nothing will barricade their victory.
But if Musyoka goes for a dialogue with Uhuru, it will be evident that he will be following Raila. Many people will take him of being politically weaker that he can't stand alone without Raila. Adding to his corwadice behaviour he has exhibited before, he will possibly be sent into a political abyss and will not rise again.
