Addressing a congregation at a church event in Makindu over the weekend, Kibwana said some of the lawmakers think they are the party owners.

Kibwana said the MCAs think that by backing the Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, it means that they should cause a storm in the political outfit.

"I am tired of Wiper's nominated MCAs who feel they are the owners of the party and call me a thief. They think that by doing this, they are supporting Kalonzo. That is destruction,” Kibwana said.

The county boss said he regrets joining Wiper.

Kibwana was the leader of Muungano Party before he decided to cross over to Wiper in a bid to strengthen Wiper leader’s chances of ascending to power before he was named Raila’s running mate ahead of the August 2017 general elections.

He has been one of the strongest members of the political outfit until recently.

Kibwana, who is serving his second term in office, also said that he wants to meet Kalonzo so that they can discuss the affairs of the political movement.
