Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has hit out at politicians opposing the formation of Jubilee Party of Kenya (JPK).
Sudi said that such politicians should quit the Jubilee alliance and find their own parties to seek reelection with.
Speaking at Kapseret Market on Monday, the legislator said Kenyans need a party to unite them.
"We are disappointed that there are some self-centered individuals who are opposing our move to merge all political parties in Jubilee and form one formidable political party,” Sudi said.
“Those are prophets of doom whose aim is to divide Kenyans," he added.
Sudi said that politicians should stop opposing the new party as democracy allows one to belong to any party.
"I urge Kenyans to join the newly formed Jubilee party since it’s a party with a national look that brings on board all tribes. Our aim is to unite all Kenyans,” he said.
