You wake up feeling not so good and wish you could sleep throughout the day but you know that's not a solution. So how can you make a 360-degree turn for the better? 

1. Wear your best outfit- putting on your best outfit, the one you've reserved for that event, will raise your mojo and make you feel great. It's the look good feel good rule here. 

2. Treat yourself- Go shopping. Buy that thing you always wanted. This doesn't have to hurt your pocket. There's something we call window shopping. 

3. Watch your favourite show- Be it a movie or a series, get it and immerse yourself in the characters' life. This will get you off your pity party and get your mind onto something happier. 

4. Delve into your hobby- Immerse your mind into that novel you've been reading. If you like to draw, this is the tome to unleash the artist in you. Embark on your drawing journey. You could be the next Picasso. 

5. Take a walk- Walk around your neighbourhood and say see what's happening. Smell the fresh air and enjoy the feeling of the sun on your skin.

6. Pick an adventure- Do something you've never done; do what you never thought you could. Ride a bike, go hiking, just do something. The excitement and feeling of achievement at the end of it all will sure make you feel better. 

7. Learn something- Be it through reading or listening, add some knowledge to your life. You could learn how to play the piano. 

8. Give back to community- Do something for humanity; visit a home and give, help keep the environment clean or plant trees. 

9. Visit relatives- Being surrounded by the people you are closest to is another way to lift your spirits. 

10. Go to Church- Being in the presence of God helps you get in touch with your spirituality. This is essential and will make you day definitely better.
