Giasaiga assistant chief, James Mogo, raised concern over increasing cases of water pipes vandalism, which are affecting Igego-Eburi's water project main tank at Nyang'eni village.

Speaking on Wednesday during a pre-wedding party in Nyang'eni village, the administrator issued a stern warning to anybody who will be found sabotaging community projects, especially water and electricity projects.

The assistant chief challenged community members to be vigilant and ensure the culprits are reported to law enforcers for action to be taken against them.

"I am appealing to members of the public from my area of jurisdiction to protect the Igego-Eburi water project pipes as we have received reports that some people are vandalising the pipes to the detriment of the residents, said Mogo.
