Parents and students from Gianchere High school in Keumbu ward in Kisii county have a reason to smile after the construction of the modern school was completed.
According to some of the pupils, they had been facing a lot of challenges with regards to social gatherings in the school and assemblies especially during the rainy seasons.
While speaking to this writer, the senior teacher Julius Makori at Gianchere High School on Wednesday said that the completion of the school hall is expected to boost the education level in the school and they appreciate the support they have received from the county government.
He also thanked the area MP for showing his support with regards to improving the education level in the constituency by investing more in the sector through purchasing books for schools and also ensuring that their immediate environments were conducive for learning.
