Kapsaret MP, Oscar Sudi has urged Deputy President William Ruto and President Uhuru Kenyatta to fulfil their promises if they want to retain power in 2017.

Sudi said the two have done little to fulfil their promises since they took over the governance in 2013 but are yet to fulfil them. The MP said the president and the deputy president risk a political rebellion in the 2017 general election due to their unfulfilled promises.

This comes days after the Nyangores chair was won by a Jubilee opponent. Residents in the area, however, said they decided to vote for the opponent because they felt the Jubilee government was not doing much to help them. They said even though the area was a Jubilee stronghold they felt what the deputy president had promised them in 2013 is not what he is doing.

This has also received much criticism from Kibera youths who say the Jubilee party has failed. They said the party had promised to create employment for the youths yet they have not seen this being fulfilled.
