The acting NSSF boss, Richard Langat was on Tuesday blocked by the court from assuming office.
The court temporarily stopped labour CS, Phyllis Kandie from allowing the former acting managing trustee from assuming office.
Justice Monica Mbaru of the employment and Labour Relations Court issued the orders on Tuesday following an application by COTU. The court also restrained former NSSF tender committee members, Gideon Kyengo and Mutemi Nzatu from going back to work.
Justice Mbaru said the orders will remain pending. In a suit, COTU said the three are facing corruption allegations and should not be allowed to go to work.
The case will be heard on March 10, 2016.
