Nyamira Senator Mong'are Bwokong'o has urged IEBC to up and better its game on how they are conducting the registration process.
Speaking to journalists on Sunday, the senator said that the voter turnout was very low, a worrying trend to in most areas across the country.
"IEBC should seek other methods of registering voters. Very few people have registered since the process kicked off, yet many of the residents are still non voters," Bwokong'o said.
"IEBC should now look for other means of registering like visiting different functions rather than sitting in one position whole day," he added.
The senator as well asked the election body to add more days because they have not achieved their targets.
This comes barely a week after TNA officials also raised concern on how the registration was taking place in the whole of Gusii and asked IEBC to add more time.
