Nakuru county speaker Susan Kihika has called on well-wishers to help baby Jeremy Osidiana and his nine-year-old brother get counseling help.
The two boys are believed to have been emotionally traumatized after their father murdered her mother Olivia Osidiana last month at their home in Freehold and hanged himself.
The two were discovered in a room where their parents are believed to have been locked for two days.
The speaker had in April cleared a bill of 591, 068 that their mother owed Nakuru War memorial hospital which had led to the detaining of Jeremy for four months.
“We are already seeking to partner with the Nakuru county government health department to see how we can get professional counselors to help the boys,” she added.
Street Nakuru CBO chairman James Wakibia added that plans were underway to ensure the kids get help.
“We are calling upon well-wishers and nurses to volunteer and ensure that the boys undergo trauma counseling," she said.
