Lady Justice Maureen Odero said the prosecution must avail the remaining witnesses before the court on November 19, for the case to proceed.
“This will stand as the last adjournment I am giving the prosecution. The court will not entertain any further adjournment of this case because this a very old case,” Judge Odero said.
The prosecution on Friday told the court that the witness who was to testify had gone for an eye surgery and they therefore requested for adjournment.
