Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua has been praised for his efforts of overseeing a fully developed county ever since he assumed office.

Israeli Ambassador to Kenya Yahel Vilar lauded Mbugua's development agenda saying working with international partners was yielding positive results for the whole county.

Speaking on Sunday after attending a mass at the Kingdom Seekers Fellowship Church Nakuru, Vilar expressed his satisfaction with Nakuru's investment capacity, something he attributed to the many production plants being set up.

"Other than having readily available raw materials, you people are very welcoming and always willing to offer technical and human labour," he said.

The envoy further ranked Nakuru among top counties in terms of innovation, entrepreneurship and empowerment.

He had earlier paid a courtesy call to the governor at his county headquarters office where they discussed how the two entities can partner and foster development.
