Led by their chairman Dominic Masaku and Kangundo Market chairman Chris Kyalo, the demonstrators marched to Kangundo sub county administrator's office to air their grievances.

They complained of having to work under the scorching sun despite the sub county administrator, Ann Masai, promising them sheds.

The chairman said that other bodaboda operators in other sub counties had sheds, except them.

He said that the roads in the sub county have been impassable lately due to heavy rains and called for their refurbishment.

"We have been requesting for sheds for a long time without action from our leaders," said Masaku.

He said that after meeting with the sub county administrator they agreed that bodaboda operators won't pay sticker fees until their demands are met.

They also called upon Kangundo MP Kyengo Maweu to addressing issues affecting his constituents.
