There was drama at Kisii University Friday morning after Nyakoe Ward Representative Cosmas Ombura stormed into the university's dean office to seek an explanation why his name was missing in the graduation list.
The MCA who said he had been studying at the university wondered why the administration failed to include him in the list yet he sat for the final exams.
Moments later, the institution's director gave him an audience and they held a lengthy discussion to chart the way forward.
Speaking in his office, the Corporate Communications Officer of the university Raphael Mosiria said that the matter will be looked into early next week.
“We always print a list for graduates three weeks before the graduation day, therefore we expect all complaints to be reported within than time, not on the graduation day,” he said.
This comes barely two days after three MCAs from Trans Nzoia County also stormed into the director's office, demanding answers on why their names were also missing in the graduation list.
They were; Trans Nzoia Majority Leader Alfred Weswa, Sikhendu MCA Andrew Kutitila and his Keiyo counterpart Emmanuel Waswa.
