Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire has yet against been accused for allegedly ignoring working with area MCAs to spur growth in the constituency.

The ODM MP has allegedly been involved in a series of development activities without involving area MCAs with the latest being issuance of CDF cheques to a number of schools.

2 MCAs from the region Ken Atuti (Gesima) and Ben Sironga (Rigoma) on Wednesday accused the MP of taking them for granted on matters development and faulted the MP’S attitude in working with fellow elected leaders.

“I am really surprised that Bosire can visit my ward and fail to inform me. We are all elected leaders and there is need for us to work together. As an MCA, I have the authority to work with other elected leaders for the common good of our people. Its setting a bad precedence when someone ignores fellow elected leaders,” Atuti said.

Mr. Sironga on his part said that the MP’s attitude was leading to massive wastage of public funds since he was on record for launching duplicate projects.

“There are some projects which the county government has launched but the MP is still busy investing in those same projects. This is because he isn’t willing to work with MCAs who have prior knowledge. He has to drop his bad attitude and work with us to save on public funds wastage,” at a function in Gesima.

However, in a quick rejoinder through his PA Justus Omiti, the MP denied any wrong doing and said that he works with a program that should not be questioned.
