West Mugirango Constituency Member of Parliament James Gesami has hailed top achievers in the just released Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education results, KCSE. 

Speaking shortly after Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i announced the results, the legislator commended teachers and parents for their continued support to ensure best results in the national examinations. 

"Good people of Nyamira so much West Mugirango, I am proud of the performance that our schools have shown in the KCSE results released today. All the celebrations seen in our schools, roads, homes and social media is a prove that our youths have made us smile," he said. 

"I am grateful to our Almighty God, teachers, parents, other staff members, 2015 KCSE candidates and all those who were involved," he added. 

Nyambaria High School topped in Nyamira County with a mean score of 10.1, whereas Sironga Girls High School was second with a mean score of 9.7.
