Heavy rain does not only lead to impassable roads but also discomfort in various homesteads. 

A resident in Kong'asis village, Uasin Gishu county says that the heavy rains experienced on Saturday throughout the day and over night caused a lot of mud in his compound making it impassable for the family members and also the poultry.
