A judge who was to hear the case of a Baringo high school between a principle and six students has been transferred.

Sacho High school board of trustee were to appear before Nakuru high court on Tuesday but the judge was transferred to Njeri.

The school's administration had said that the judge was biased in handling the case between them and parents of six students who had been suspended for indiscipline. 

The parents filed a case at the Nakuru High court seeking re-admission of the students whom the  institution had told to attend classes from outside the school.

Judge Abigael Mshila ordered that the should school re-admit the students but the school disobeyed the order forcing the court to detain the principle Richard Moindi until he paid a bail of Sh. 750,000.

Sacho High lawyer Proffesor Tom Ojienda had no objection about the transfer and the date of hearing of the case.

The case will be heard on September 22.
