375 Urithi Housing Cooperative Society members on Wednesday received house keys and ownership documents.
The members got houses in Thika West and Juja through Urithi Sh250 million own a room project.
The project began two years ago, with each member paying Sh495,000.
Samuel Maina, the Urithi chairman, said that members willing to join phase two of the project will be expected to pay Sh850,000 as initial amount.
Maina was addressing the members after he handed over house keys to them in Juja town.
"It would have been impossible to complete a Sh250 million project without your help," said Maina.
He also thanked the members for their commitment and participation in the project.
