Nakuru Town West MP, Samuel Arama is under fire for constant opposition to the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord).
A section of residents led by Rhonda-Kaptembwa youth leader Tom Odhiambo on Monday faulted the MP for what they called, "constantly criticising" the coalition and dared him to quit.
Odhiambo added that Arama had a very good development record and was committed to improving the lives of most residents in the constituency, but noted that his opposition to Cord and close association with the Jubilee coalition would lead to his defeat.
"Arama is such a good leader and very committed to development, however he should not run away from his home. It is ODM which sponsored him to parliament and so he should know that," he advised.
Milkah Moraa from Shabaab advised Arama to immediately cut links with Jubilee if he wanted to be re-elected advising that the opposition coalition was the most popular in the area.
"If he wants to see the inside of parliament again then let him come back to Cord. His closeness to Jubilee will only ruin him," she said.
Arama, the only ODM MP in the entire Nakuru County has made it clear that he will seek re-election on Jubilee coalition ticket after falling out with his sponsor party.
