Athi River Sub-County is set to host an international crusade dubbed 'Bega Kwa Bega'.

The crusade that will see evangelists from United States of America as well as evangelists from Kenya assemble in Athi River will be hosted at First Baptist Church under the stewardship of Reverend Willy Mutisya.

The much talked about crusade is meant to reconcile the residents of Mavoko Sub-County and Machakos County as a whole to the Lord.

The 'Bega kwa Bega' crusade encourages faithfuls to shoulder the responsibility of inviting non-faithfuls to the crusade, and thereafter monitor their journey of salvation hence the term 'Bega kwa Bega'.

The crusade will run from the last week of January 2016 to the first week of February.
