Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire has yet against made claims that his predecessor Walter Nyambati is a pessimist with regards to development.
This comes after Mr. Nyambati on Wednesday while at his Nyaikuro backyard allegedly dismissed the incumbent’s ongoing projects of issuing cheques to area schools as discriminatory and political accusing Bosire of segregating regions which were politically favorable to him.
However, in a quick rejoinder on Thursday, Mr. Bosire dismissed the former legislator as a pessimist with regards to development and urged him to keep off his development plans.
“ I am only liable to my constituents and he should therefore give me a break. I have a plan for all regions and my work should only be evaluated after five years,” Bosire said while vising Mosobeti Primary School.
He defended his administration from the alleged discrimination and said that he has factored all regions in his development plans and also urged all his opponents to instead consider working with him.
“Doors are always open for consultations but it’s not fair for someone to criticize me. I have always worked without prejudice and my predecessor is out to campaign without factoring in key facts about my governance,” he said.
The two leaders are rivals in the larger Kitutu politics and both command substantial following across the region.
