Speaking from the Jesus Is Alive Ministries church in Gituamba on Sunday, bishop Martin Mugo noted that fights deters development.
The bishop who was speaking in the presence of the area ward representative Sammy Ng’ang’a noted that the county leaders should minimise talks with the rivals and engage in developing the county for the good of the people.
"Honourable Ng’ang’a and your team, i am urging you as our voice to go help in uniting the county leadership. Remind them that it’s their time to rule and therefore, they should not listen to their rivals. Work for the people, don’t mind the haters, it’s not time for political wrangles and people need your service," he said.
