Kibauni residents have called on the county government to repair dams which were destroyed recently.
They said the state of the dams was pathetic and needed urgent repairs.
Through the repairs, they said, they would be able to collect water for domestic use during this rainy season.
They presented their grievances through Kibauni Ward MCA Hendrick Mutua on Thursday.
Mr Mutua said his office had received complaints from the residents about the need to repair the dams.
He said he would mobilise for resources from the county government towards the development.
He said his administration will prioritise essential service delivery to constituents.
"We are asking the county government to repair the dams so that they can collect and store water that could be used by the people come dry season," said a one Ngunzi, a resident.
