Senate Speaker Ekwe Ethuro has asked other counties to emulate the North Rift Economic Bloc so as to speak in one voice.
Speaking Thursday during the Noreb investment conference, Ethuro said through unity, the counties will have one voice to woo investors.
"When the counties unite, it will be easy for them to have a bargaining power when it comes to investment opportunities, will improve their economies and will also be easier for them to market their counties thus attract investors," he said.
The Speaker said through having one bloc, it will be easier for the member counties to tap many opportunities such as employment, manpower, thus help spur their economies.
"I urge other county governments to emulate what Noreb has done by uniting and having one economic block which will help them market their counties and woo investors," he concluded.
