Small business entrepreneurs have been urged to go for cheaper loans that will boost their business growth and thus attract better returns.
Speaking from Murata Sacco building in Kamwangi on Friday morning, the branch manager Moses Mutua noted that area residents who had invested heavily in their businesses were doing great and had even employed other people.
Mutua observed that green grocery business was a better venture if young entrepreneurs were business oriented. He revealed that Murata Sacco was more than willing to help business persons grow their businesses by offering them business loans at only 16% interest rates.
He said that many of the youngsters who had taken loans in January had repaid the cash and were now operating without debts.
He said that the Sacco does not only give loans to business persons but also makes a follow up of how the entrepreneurs are progressing to ensure that they quickly start making returns.
"I'm delighted to announce that 98% of the residents who came for loans in January and followed the training seminars we offered have fully repaid their loans and are now operating without a hitch. It all starts with an idea which Murata Sacco comes in to implement," he said.
Mutua said that the Sacco had helped many youths who were idle in the area to make better life resolutions by establishing several car wash which the youths earn and repay loans easily.
He urged the public to stop fearing taking risks and go for cheaper loans that will double their business incomes.
