Hundreds of residents flocked Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) on Sunday where popular gospel deejay DJ Mo was holding a youth concert.
The Dj rocked the house as they danced to popular gospel hits.
According to the youth who attended the concert, it matched their expectations.
"We came ready to sing and praise God and we were not disappointed. We partied, danced and had fun while celebrating being Christians," said Sharon Nyokabi.
She added that the Sunday afternoon gig also provided an opportunity to meet and interact with the celebrity.
Pauline Muchiri said that it was an important time to spread the gospel using song and dance.
“Majority of the youths who came here did not know Christ and came for entertainment but ended up giving their lives to Christ,” she added
Pastor Andrew Mwangi, the resident Pastor of JCC challenged the youth to live a Godly life.
“Youths should realise that this is the best time to dedicate your life to God. He is the only one who can be able to guide your life and all the decisions you make,” he added.
The pastor challenged the youth gathered to make proper use of the holidays and the festive seasons.
