Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung'wa has called on his constituents to support the newly formed Jubilee Party (JP).

Iching'wa Monday said during a women's meeting in Kikuyu that the party will unite all Kenyans.

The legislator said that JP was the only party in Kenya consisting of members from all tribes, hence showing the urge to bring Kenyans together.

"I want to urge you to show your support to Jubilee Party led by our President and his deputy so that we can move this country forward," said Ichung'wa.

Ichung'wa also challenged women in the meeting to go for elective seats come 2017.

He called on the youth to apply for their national identification cards so that they can register as voters to participate in the next general elections.
