An 11pm curfew has been imposed on bodaboda operators in Kangundo town on Monday morning, who were warned against late night operations.
This said by Kangundo OCS Morris Okur who said that investigations have proved that robbers use bodabodas to commit crime.
"Some of the bodaboda operators even get involved in robbing their passengers, closed shops or even collaborate with thugs," said Okur.
Okur has explained that late night bodaboda operators make it difficult for police on patrol to differentiate between the genuine operators and the law breakers.
He warned that any bodaboda operator found operating after the 11pm will be arrested and charged.
