Social media has become a part of us, we eat, drink and sleep on the world wide web.

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram is where we all flock when we want to show or pretend to the world how good we are doing with our lives. We share photos of our houses, cars, girlfriends and just about anything that shows how cool we are.

Social media has become a battle ground where we are all scrambling for attention, mugging and kicking each other in the process, the number of followers or friends you have is your army, woe unto thee if you have 200 followers, no one cares who you are. You are a small wig for God's sake. No one cares where you rest your lean behind.

Then enter the bigwig family, these are the people who claim to run the show online, they set the agenda for discussion and believe they dictate the powers over what is posted online. They don't have to be rich or famous people, 50% are jobless college kids with lots of free time on their hands and zero responsibilities.

They spend most of their time online, with no particular agenda. They jump on trending topics and manufacture #hashtags right, left and centre. Some have become so good in blackmail, they will ask for money so they can keep secrets and if you don't give into their demands come up with Hashtags of how your dead grandfather grabbed land in Rural Uganda or how you have neglected your family back home. That's where they get their bread and butter.

These kids can massacre your online image in hours, they are ruthless and take no hostages. They are the keyboard warriors.
