Kisii County will have a new face after the investors summit which will corporate with foreign investors who are likely to invest in the county in various sectors.
According to the county secretary, Johnstone Ndege, the county has put various measures in place to ensure the summit is a success. Ndege said that through the investors, the county is likely to grow economically.
“As the county, we have planned well for the upcoming summit. We hope that it will bring a new face to our county,” said Ndege.
In addition, he challenged all business people to make sure that the town remains clean before and after the summit since they want the change to be noticed in the county.
“As the county, we have agreed with one of the companies to give out some sheds to business people so s to encourage them to maintain the cleanliness around,” added Ndege.
He also urged the management of banks in Kisii town to make sure that signposts are well renovated in a bid to attract customers.
Ndege was speaking at Kisii on Monday during the ongoing arrangements of the summit.
