Residents of Kathiani market, Kathiani sub-county in Machakos county crowds outside public toilets where they decided to forcefully open them on Monday 14th December 2015. The toilets had been built under the county governor Dr. Alfred Mutua and he has been awaiting to open them on February 14th 2016 during a planned ceremony to visit area residents. No government official arrived at the scene to prevent the annoyed residents from breaking the doors.
