Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri has hit out at the opposition, Cord, over what he termed selective fight against corruption.
Reacting to Awendo MP Jared K'opiyo's assertion during a breakfast show on Milele FM Wednesday that Jubilee was a den of corruption, Ngunjiri regretted that the opposition was only obsessed with scandals involving government officials while they gave lip service to their own.
"We want Cord to also condemn corruption in their house because that way the war on corruption will be won. Otherwise they seem to be too partisan on this matter," he said.
He added that the push by Cord for the Okoa Kenya plebiscite was misguided saying it did not have the interests of the citizens at heart.
He at the same time called for concerted efforts if the war against corruption is to be won.
