A sex worker in Nakuru County has challenged married women to respect their line of business stating that it is a business venture just like any other.
Daisy Achieng, 32, on Wednesday said married women have often come out to their established bases where they wait for customers and pose as sex workers in order to trail their husbands and disrupt the whole business.
“There are married women who come out here and pretend they are sex workers but their real intention is to trail their husbands and the moment they spot them, all hell breaks loose and it has affected our business so much,” she said.
She urged the women to keep off their business.
She also appealed to police and other stakeholders to protect them in their line of business.
“I would like to request police to protect us because we face hard times in our line of business and death is very common. People need to understand that this is a business like any other,” she said.
Achieng said that her clients range from police officers to politicians and bankers.
