Palm House Foundation in collaboration with the Kibera CDF have come up strongly to help needy smart students achieve their dreams.
The two are awarding scholarships to students who got above 370 marks in last years Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE).
Confirming this, the constituency parliamentary liaison, Vincent Madola, said the foundation has agreed to help needy pupils from Kibera achieve their dreams.
''We have pupils who work hard but because of their parents poverty, it is hard for them to join secondary schools. Therefore, we decided to help them by awarding them with scholarships,'' said Vincent.
Madola urged the students to fill in the application forms provided so that the sponsor is able to identify the secondary school that they have been admitted to together with their KCPE result slip.
''This chance is not only given to Kibera people but to pupils all over the nation. I urge parents to try it out and let us save our children’s future,'' said Madola.
