Business woman Josephine Kabura will soon sink a double tragedy after naming political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi and journalist, Mwaniki Munuhe in her affidavit presented to the court on Monday.
The two have threatened to sue the businesswoman. If they do then Kabura will have two cases to answer.
Ngunyi is alleged to be present when Kabura met the former CS Anne Waiguru, something he refuted. Ngunyi has come out strongly to clear his name saying he is not involved in the NYS scandal and maintains that he has never met Kabura.
He has, however, promised to cooperate with the EACC by all means so as to clear his name. He has warned Kabura to be ready to compensate him for damages. Munuhe, through his lawyer, demanded an apology from Kabura by 5pm Wednesday.
Kabura said in her affidavit that Waiguru used part of the NYS money to bribe media personalities so that she could clear her name in media. She says Ngunyi was with Waiguru when she called Kabura to have a meeting with her and few other people at her Runda home in Nairobi.
