Police in Waseges location, Subukia sub county are looking for an unidentified man who allegedly raped a form a four student after drugging her.
The student from Tachasis Secondary School is said to have met the man on her way to school at around 6.30am on Thursday.
While speaking to this Hivisasa writer, the school principal Richard Lamulen Akal said that the man shook hands with the student and immediately she stated following him before becoming unconscious.
“The girl was found unconscious in a bush in Solai more than 30 kilometers away from the school,” he said.
Doctors at Wei Health Center where she was taken for medical check up confirmed that she was indeed raped.
After the case was reported at Wei Police Station, investigations commenced immediately to arrest the rapist.
