Sirikwa land squatters have called upon the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) to investigate judges working at the Eldoret High Court.

The squatters' chairman Benjamin Rono said the behaviour of some of the judges handling their case was wanting.

More than 800 squatters had moved to the High Court to claim the 25,000 acre land currently occupied by former politician Mark Too, alleging that the latter had illegally taken the land that former President Daniel Moi awarded them in 1998.

Rono claimed that the judges have been playing games with the case and have refused to deliver a final ruling.

They said the transfer of the case to Kitale High Court last week is a tactic to delay the ruling and justice.
