Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago dances with schoolchildren on Friday while visiting Ngenyilel and Chepsaita wards. He has warned residents who are encroaching on roads, saying they leave to pave way for graders to repair the roads. 

Those who will deny the directive will be fined Sh50,000, the governor said.
