The ongoing voter listing exercise won't be extended beyond Tuesday.
According to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, the 30-day long exercise will end on the March 15, as planned, and there are no plans to extend the exercise.
IEBC central rift coordinator David Towett said the commission does not have any budget allocated for the voter listing extension.
"The funds the IEBC received from Treasury could only support the exercise for one month and any extension will require additional funding something the commission does not have,"he said.
"As far as I am concerned, the exercise is ending on March 15, and thereafter we will start compiling the register which will be followed by voter register verification," he said.
