Wavinya Ndeti, former Kathiani sub-county member of National Assembly accompanied by his Nigerian husband Henry Oduwole and Mavoko Mp Patrick Makau held a meeting at Athi River North on Feb 20.
The meeting was hosted by the Mavoko Mp.
They met to discuss General elections come 2017 where Wavinya aspires to vie for the governor position for a second time after losing 2013 to Dr Alfred Mutua.
Ndeti said that she will fear nothing as it is already known by Machakos county people that Mutua is currently just being used by Jubilee government to divide Kamba nation.
"This time round am taking the governor seat for Machakos county. I have visited different people in all sub-counties within Machakos and listened to them carefully expressing all lies they have received from Mutua," said Ndeti.
She urged all people present during the event not to be cheated come 2017 but to choose their leaders wisely.
She also encouraged Machakos county people to turn out in large numbers and continue registering themselves as voters urging those who already applied for national identification cards to ensure they pick them for the same.
Makau vowed to support her in everything to ensure that Machakos county people are delivered from the current situation.
"Don't be afraid as I will stand with you and ensure you secure the seat. Machakos people will make the right choices," said Makau.
